McFaul gives chase
The Republic of Ireland under-19 international, McFaul saw his game cut short on Saturday after being at the heart of penalty incident, apparently, which saw the young Dubliner crash to the ground in the twenty minutes from time at Gigg Lane, before being carried away on a spinal board and admitted to the local hospital.

However, near miraculously considering the original state of affairs when the young midfielder lay stricken for around five minutes, McFaul managed to report for training this morning as well as return home with the rest of the playing staff following the 1-0 defeat. He is said to be recovering well after being diagnosed with whiplash and concussion.

McFaul, who now looks a doubt to face Cambridge at home this coming Saturday, will surely be taking it easy after his ordeal, and, in the mean time, Notts County MAD wish McFaul a speedy recovery.
