The Dutchman gave an impressive performance on the opening day of the season, where he scored in the 1-1 draw with Wycombe and there was high hopes for the Dutchman after the game.

However, he has not been the same since and looked out of form. He probably had his worst game for The Magpies in the home defeat to Cardiff, and he was replaced in the 2nd half.

Sadly, the former RBC Roosdendaal player has had family problems earlier in the season, but he looks to be getting back to his best now. He played well at Cheltenham and was involved in the move for Mark Stallard's 2nd goal and gave a strong 2nd half performance against Posh and hit the superb goal after being brought on at half time.

All Notts fans will be hoping Cas can resdiscover the form of old, because on his day he is one of Notts' best attacking players, Notts should move up the table.
