Magpies Finally Get Away Spot Kick

Stallard cooly converted from the spot after a foul on Darren Caskey, and got Notts back in the game at Prenton Park.

Before yesterday, the last penalty Notts got away from home was against Port Vale in the final away game of the 2000-2001 season, when Danny Allsopp belted home to give Notts a 3-2 win at Vale Park.

Without Allsopp, Notts' regular penalty taker, Stallard took the responsibilty yesterday and netted Notts' first penalty of the season.
