The Notts County manager said "First of all, I think he is pointing at Ryan Harley.
"Of course, the way the team plays are under my instruction, but Ryan Harley, Joao Alves and George Lawtey on the training pitch, every day, they are trying to take messages from myself and create an environment and training exercise where the guys can really try to practice.
"It is a difficult skill to try and create a similar action in the game when it is live and it's quickened, and a real opponent to try and recreate that same scenario from the training ground.
"I think the gesture is towards Ryan I am sure, because he spends a lot of time really trying to create this kind of thing.
"But I was really happy because I see the guys working on this particular action and it was delivered brilliantly.
"It was a very satisfying feeling for the team on the pitch, and the team off it to feel like they created something together which was brilliant."
