The forward said “We are all frustrated. We gave it a good go and got into good positions but we didn’t threaten their goalkeeper enough.
“But it’s a learning curve, just the second game in, and we have another match on Monday to put it right.
“I thought the fight was good to get back into the game but we could have done more in that final third to cause them a few more problems.
“We didn’t start the game as well as we could have. If you look at last week, it was an amazing performance and that is the standard we have to set for every game.
Obviously we aren’t going to win every game 5-0 but if we keep doing the things the manager wants us to this side can go a long way.”
