"We didn't get off to the start we wanted against Hartlepool. We went behind again, which has happened in nearly every game.
"We've got to switch on and stay in the game a little bit more, or try to get the advantage.
"We played really well in some parts of the game, but we are going to have to do better if we are going to be a strong team in this division."
