It seems that Notts County's mysterious owners are on the bring of selling the club today as they consider two offers that are, supposedly, in the offing for the club.
Executive chairman Peter Trembling and director of football Sven Goran Eriksson are supposedly trying to organise a bid with a third party to gain control of the club (the option all Notts fans will be praying for), whilst a consortium of three Pakistani businessmen is also interested in buying the club according to various media sources.
Notts were only taken over by Munto Finance in the summer but after intense media speculation in the last few weeks it seems to be coming to a head with today being a vital day for the future of the club.
