Ince hoping for longer Gow deal

Notts County manager Paul Ince has revealed he is hoping to sign Scottish forward Alan Gow on a deal that extends past the end of the season. The former Norwich City, Plymouth Argyle and Motherwell man has impressed since joining Notts in January, making eight appearances and looking particularly good in the FA Cup tie with Manchester City. Gow is yet to hit the back of the net, although he did score in the abandoned game at Tranmere Rovers, but his neat touches and link up play have caught the eye of many at Meadow Lane.
