Ground Directions.
Leave the M1 at Junction 26, taking the A610 towards Ilkeston. Approximately 2 miles along the A610, take the sliproad with the signpost for IKEA. Turn left at the roundabout, and then right at the roundabout a third of a mile later. This takes you on to the A6096 Awsworth and Cossall By-Pass (beware of the toads). Slightly less than a mile down the By-Pass, take a right turn down Awsworth Road, this is signposted "Cotmanhay 1 1/4,". Once on this road, you can't miss the ground, as it's the only building on the left hand side.
If you miss the turning continue down the bypass till you reach the next island and turn round to go back along the bypass to the turning. This time the turning will be on your left.
