Head coach Burchnall said: "I think we are disappointed with a point based on the balance of play because we were very good again tonight," he said.
"Bromley will be much happier coming away from this game with a point. Credit to them, they are a very difficult team to break down.
"They are hard-working, resilient, so they have a lot of qualities which is why they have done so well this season.
"But I felt in the second half I thought we were fairly dominant. It's a bit of a freak goal for them.
"They win first contact from a set-piece, the ball is bobbling about and somebody told me it might even be an own goal.
"It's one of them where it's a little bit unfortunate. But on the balance of play we were the better team."
