Hunt in contention to start

Set to start: Hunt returned from injury a few weeks ago.
Stephen Hunt is set to be thrown into the starting line-up alongside Michael Edwards at the heart of defence.

Michael Johnson, who has been performing there in the last few games, will miss out after he picked up his fifth yellow card of the season in the 1-0 loss to Lincoln City.

It is possible that Jay Smith or Adam Nowland could be given the chance to reclaim a starting spot, if the impressive John Thompson is added to the back line in Johnson's absence.

Hunt's inclusion is most likely, however, as Notts boss, Ian McParland will look to change the side as little as possible from the one that beat
Grimsby Town yesterday.

County's top scoring striker, Jamie Forrester is also suspended and is serving the final part of his three-match ban.

Adam Tann (knee), Richard Butcher (foot), Nathaniel Wedderburn (knee) and Russell Hoult are all out through their respective injuries.
