Harrad was sent off for violent conduct in the 72nd minute as he flicked out, Beckham-esque, at an opponent who he felt had fouled him.

Harrad: Saw red
The 19-year-old had been in impressive form for the struggling Conference side, forming a promising partnership with veteran Bob Taylor, and scoring three goals in five appearences.

The Nottingham-born striker has been on the verge of the Notts first team for some time, and has already come off the bench for the Magpies three times this season. The hitman has, in all, made 17 substitute appearences for Notts, but has yet to start a game.

The youngster had been expecting first-team action this season after signing a two-year professional contract in the run up to it, but was then loaned to manager Gary Mills' former club Tamworth, allowing the Notts manager to bring in Leicester striker Chris O'Grady on a month's loan.

Should Harrad's suspension immediately kick in, then he will have played his last game of his loan period, though Tamworth boss Mark Cooper is keen to keep him until the end of the season.
