Hackworth on the mark again

Hackworth- who will never play for Notts County again- is on a month's loan at Scarborough and fired his SECOND goal for Russell Slade's men during tonight's 3-2 defeat against Exeter City.

Hackers on FIRE!
Scarborough- who also have Notts' Kevin Nicholson on a month's loan there- are struggling at the bottom of the Conference and are believed to be paying Hackworth 20% of his astronomical wages.

While most of Notts' fans will be happy that high-earner Hackworth might just be paving himself a career elsewhere, the news that Chesterfield lost at home to Colchester will surely come as the best news.

The Spirites, who claimed a 1-1 draw at Meadow Lane that they in no way deserved, lost out thanks to a late Wayne Andrews winner, after Glynn Hurst- who proved what a prat he is on Saturday by needlessly headbutting David Pipe- had pulled them level.

The result gives Gary Mills' men further hope of avoiding the drop ahead of Saturday's crucial trip to Tranmere Rovers.
