Great Day For Scarborough

The pair were loaned out for a month earlier in the week and both had dream debuts for Russell Slade's Scarborough, firing home for the non-league side in their 4-1 win at home to Leigh RMI.

Debut goal for Tone
Hackworth fired home first in the 58th minute, heading home a cross from Karl Rose to give Scarborough the lead. But, until I see this goal for myself I refuse to believe that Anthony Hackworth scored, even at that level, it just doesn't seem possible.

Hackworth's goal (doesn't sound right does it?) was followed 3 minutes later by Nicholson driving home to give Scarborough a 2-0 lead.

The pair, out of favour with Gary Mills, will no doubt hope that the goals can maybe help Millsy to re-consider their value to the side.

Though, as Mills himself pointed out, Hackworth will NEVER play for Notts County again.
