Notts County have today completed the signing of eighteen year-old winger Femi Orenuga on a month long loan from Everton. He looks set to fill the void left in the Magpies' squad by Cristian Montano, whose loan spell from West Ham ended last week.

Orenuga first came to prominence whilst at Southend United, who spotted him playing local football when he was fifteen and threw him into first team action just a year later when he became their youngest ever player after appearing in an FA Cup tie against Luton Town. With his raw pace and direct running impressing many, it was Everton who sealed his signature for an initial £35,000, beating off reported interest from Premier League rivals Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur.
