Chief executive Jason Turner said "You will recall that I mentioned in my last update that I inherited a situation which sees us receiving our kit supply later than I would've expected.
"It is hugely frustrating that it is now unlikely we will have a retail stock of home shirts until mid-August, with the away offering to follow in early September.
"I can assure you that our retail manager, Lynn Lawson, and I are working tirelessly with our suppliers to get kit to the club as soon as possible.
"I am as disappointed as you will be to hear this news, but I will ensure that steps are taken to avoid this happening in future seasons. I will update you further as soon as we receive more news.
"We will still offer first priority to season ticket holders to buy their home shirts ahead of general sale."
