Exclusive: Mildenhall to depart Magpies

Notts Caretaker boss Ian Richardson confirmed on Thursday that negotiations were taking place between one of his players and a higher league club.

And NCM can exclusively reveal that the player in question is Mildenhall, having agreed terms with Oldham on Friday.

The stopper - who is widely-thought to be the highest earner on the books - has spent over three years at Meadow Lane after signing from Swindon but has been unable to dislodge Saul Deeney between the sticks. He was on the bench for today's 2-1 win over Cambridge Utd.

NCM will bring you official confirmation of Mildenhall's move on Monday.
