Duo Set To Face Their Former Clubs

Ian Baraclough rejoined Notts from QPR in the summer of 2001 on a free transfer after he was released as part of Rangers' cost cutting plans.

Baraclough missed the home encounter with The Hoops last season due to flu, but started the game down at Loftus Road and netted Notts' 2nd in a 3-2 defeat.

But no doubt Brett Angell will get the more firey welcome from opposing fans than Baraclough, with Angell not exactly Magpies fans favourite person.

Angell turned down a move to Meadow Lane in January 2000 after Notts agreed a fee with Stockport but the big forward was demanding a fair amount of cash and he returned to Stockport.

Brett Angell
He hit 5 goals in 6 games, including a hat-trick on his debut Vs Bournemouth, so you can understand the disappointment it caused Notts fans.

The veteran forward has already put 2 goals past Notts so far this season, when he hit a brace in Port Vale's 3-2 win over The Magpies in September before he moved to Loftus Road on a short term deal.

Yet to score for Rangers after 2 appearances, you wouldn't bet against him opening his account tomorrow.
