Deeney is currently on loan at 3rd Division Hull City, who are beginning to get their season on track after a slow start but with Peter Taylor at the helm they are unbeaten since he took over.
Although Deeney has not made an appearance for The Tigers, he has been on the bench for all the games since he has been at Boothery Park and has been getting regular reserve football, something he was not getting at Meadow Lane.
His loan spell at Hull is due to expire near the end of this month.
