Deeney Extends Tigers Loan

Deeney is yet to make a first team apperance for The Tigers since joining on loan at the end of October, although he did feature in last weeks stadium opening game against Sunderland.

Hull were keen to take the highly rated stopper on loan for the rest of the season, but Notts refused to let the keeper stay longer than his third and final month.

"We've sorted Saul for another month. We wanted to do it for the rest of the season." Said Hull boss Peter Taylor.

"I'm sure he would have been happy with that, but it's not something Notts County wanted to do." added the former Leicester boss.
