Dearden: "Things didn't go for us"

With the Magpies romping to a 3-0 thrashing of in-form Colchester last Saturday, expectation of a similar performance against the Cherries was high. But following a strong first half, Notts fell to a single goal from Bournemouth's Steve Fletcher in the 55th minute.
Following the defeat, Dearden said:
"Things just didn't go for us. I thought the first half hour was the best we've played for some time but then we got done by a sucker punch soon after the break."

"We knew it was important to build on the win against Colchester but yet again we haven't shown consistency."
With 4 defeats now out of 7 homes games pressure is mounting on Dearden and his players to get themselves out of the Division Two drop zone.
