Harrad, who has been on the bench once previously for Notts this season at Blackpool, came on for Marcel Cas on 86 minutes at Notts took a gamble and went with 3 upfront late on and got a late late goal from Mark Stallard.

"He had a good chance, he might have got the winner." Said Dearden.

"I thought he was going to hit it first time but he tried to take the lad on in the box, which you don't do, but he will learn.

We just took a gamble and put 3 upfront and left it at the back, and we had to do it and we got something out of the game."
