Dearden Looks To Shake Things Up For Cardiff Clash

Poor Bill, he can't buy anyone and if he wants to shake things up at the back he only has Ian Richardson to come in and fill in at right back.

Notts were undone last nite by 2 headers and a sweeping move from Vale, but The Magpies should not let these situations occur. Also worrying is that 4 of the last 5 let in have been headers.

Dearden was less than impressed again, and told the Nottingham Evening Post;
"If players are incapable of doing their jobs then I have little choice," said Dearden. "We keep telling them, but the same problem keeps arising.
"We keep falling foul to the same things, no matter what I do. So perhaps the only option I have left is to make changes to the side.
"If they can't do their jobs then we have to find somebody who will."
"There is no chance of us bringing in somebody from outside, so we will have to look at the changes we can make from within the club."

Dearden must be absoulutly fuming at the way Notts are letting games slip through their fingers lately, and the inability to bring someone in must make it even worse for the Notts boss.

Dearden refused to blame to Referee for Vale's winning goal, as to some it looked like Brett Angell fouled Stuart Garden. Dearden made it clear you cannot keep blaming Referee's.
