"There has been no contact with Blackburn, we have not heard anything from them," he said.
"We certainly have not had any kind of offer, there has been no bid for the player. "That doesn't necessarily mean they are not interested.
"But what I would say is that they are not going to get him on the cheap.
"The club may have financial problems, but we would not let any of our players leave for nothing," said Dearden.
