Willis Francis - Debut At Blackpool
The youth team midfielder came on for his Notts debut when Michael Brough injured his ankle just 10 minutes into the game. He has impressed in the reserves and youth team this season, and has worked hard to deserve his chance in the team.

"I am pleased for him, he did well when he came on young Willis, he worked very hard. I was pleased for him to make his debut here, and he didn't look out of place." Dearden told Radio Nottingham.

Dearden "He Didn't Look Out Of Place"
"I didn't have any doubts about putting him in the centre of midfield, we had other senior players on the bench but he was the only one who could replace Broughy really. I didn't think it was too much for him at all today."
he added.

Magpies goalscorer Ian Baraclough also had some positive words about the young midfielder;

"I've seen Willis a number of times, in both training and in games and I had no doubt in my mind he was ready to go into the fray because he has played against us a few times and he is not afraid to do things. He will put his foot in and he will play it simple as well, he has done very very well and he should be proud of today."
