Dearden - "Plenty Of Time For New Contracts"

Craig Ireland, Ian Richardson, Danny Stone, Richard Holmes, Michael Brough, Richard Liburd and Saul Deeney are all out contract at the end of the season and Dearden will, in his own mind, know who he wants to keep and who he would like to release but as it is no days it will all come down to what the budgets will be next season.

He remains hopeful that Notts will be able to keep those that he wants to keep on.

"It is a frustrating situation, but there is nothing I can do about it." Said Dearden.

"It is something we are used to by now. I would have liked to have sat down and started to talk to the players we want to keep.

"But, because of the financial situation at the moment it just isn't possible."

"I would have liked to have started to sort things out by nw, but I am not too worried yet."

"There is plenty of time to sort things out before the summer. The contracts do not run out until July."
Added the former Mansfield Town manager.
