Coventry confirm official approach for Gary Mills

Coventry City have this morning confirmed that they have granted Notts County permission to talk with current reserve team manager Gary Mills, after they received an official approach from the club.

Graham Hover, the Sky Blues Chief Executive has expressed his disappointment if Gary Mills is to leave Coventry for the currently vacant position at Notts County but has said that “it would be wrong to deny Gary the opportunity to consider a position at a Nationwide League Club”

Because Notts County have expressed a firm interest in Gary Mills as the leading candidate for Billy Dearden’s replacement, Graham Hover believes “it is only fair we allow him to talk to them”

We will keep you up to date on any developments or announcments as soon as we get them.
