County Director Mounteney steps down

Mounteney, a lifelong Magpies fan, has been on the board at Meadow Lane since 1967.

Most recently Mounteney played a prominent part in the negotiations for the change of control at the club between Albert Scardino and Derek Pavis.

Scardino said: "We will all miss his active involvement."
