Normally, a fit Cas would walk into the Notts side, but with Billy Deardens formation change paying off last weekend with Notts looking excellent going forward the boss may decide to stick with the same side.
That would mean Cas would be kicking his heals on the bench against the club he nearly joined, after an impressive first season with The Magpies. No doubt Marcel would like to prove himself against the Latics, and give a top level performance.
Notts face the Latics 2 times in the next few days, with The Magpies travelling up to Boundary Park on Tuesday for the Worthington Cup tie.
