The agent of Charlton Athletic striker Deon Burton today confirmed that the experienced Addicks man has received an offer from Notts manager Craig Short. However, he also revealed that Burton is not averse to extending his deal at The Valley and also has a lucrative offer from abroad.
Jamaican-Englishman Burton has scored seventeen goals for Charlton but is best known for his spell at Derby County. He's also played for Portsmouth, Brentford and Sheffield Wednesday as well as scoring twelve goals for the Jamaican national team.
