Billy wants to keep Livesey

But Dearden has told the Nottingham Evening Post that any long-term loan moves may be out of the question, due to the club's current financial position.

The Bolton defender's loan runs out on November 1st, after the Hartlepool game at Meadow Lane, and sadly for Dearden that may be the last time he plays for the Magpies.

Danny Livesey
"We would like to keep him for as long as we possibly can," said Dearden.

"You only have to look at what he has done for us on the pitch to see why."

"He has been a different class for us. He is only a young lad but he is a terrific prospect."

"And he has done well in every match he has played in."

But Dearden reveals the club's continued administration may be a stumbling block for any loan extention.

"We would like to keep him for another month but obviously it all depends on the finances of the club.

"Ideally, we would like to take him for the rest of the season."

"I think that may be a possibility in terms of the two clubs, but it depends whether we are allowed to do it while we are in administration."

"As far as I am aware we would not be allowed to sign a player on long-term loan while we are still in administration."

Although if Paul Finnity's prediction of the club being out of administration by the end of the month is correct, we may be seeing more of the promising youngster.
