Billy to stick to guns and name unchanged side.

Notts County:

'Heff' to reclaim place
Billy Dearden has the chance to name an unchanged line-up from last Saturday’s emphatic 3-0 home victory over Colchester United – something which Dearden has only been able to do on only two occasions this season due to injuries, suspensions, etc.

And although Dearden admits ‘we could probably improve a little in terms of our performance’ he is still resolute that his Notts County

side remain consistent in terms of results.

In an interview with Nottingham’s Evening Post, Dearden said ‘Another clean sheet would be nice too, because that was a boost last weekend, as was scoring three goals against a team that had not been giving many away at all’.

With Paul Heffernan in fine form during last Saturday’s win, Dearden’s arm is no longer twisted over rushing Clive Platt in action after still struggling to overcome an Achilles problem – but the former-Rochdale target man may still be up for selection.

Michael Brough also looks unlikely to feature after being forced to pull out of the
Wales under-21 squad during the week due to a thigh injury.

Danny Livesey, despite signing on at

Meadow Lane for another month, also looks to miss the Bournemouth clash after missing out on joining the England

under-20 squad after picking up a broken nose prior to the Magpie’s recent win. Finally, Simon Baldry has reported to have picked up a minor knock but is expected to prove himself fit and should line-up come 3 o' clock tomorrow.

Magpies (probable): Mildenhall, Jenkins, Richardson, Barras, Fenton, Baldry, Riley, Caskey, Baraclough, Heffernan, Stallard. Subs from: Garden, McFaul, Francis, Bolland, Platt, Hackworth, Nicholson.

Bournemouth
:

With Warren Feeney away on international duty he will not make the long trip to
Nottingham whilst he’s playing for the Northern Ireland under-21’s. Despite Brian Stock also looking likely to line-up for his native Wales at under-21 level, he still may play in his second competitive game in less than 24 hours but will only make the bench in the absence of Gareth O’Connor [dead leg].

Cherries
