Last weekend Dearden said if he felt the duo were not right for the team or if they failed to settle, then they would be sent back to Turin as he seeks to rebuild his squad for the tough season ahead.
"We still don't have too much information about them," Dearden told the Evening Post.
"But one of them is a central defender and the other is left sided.
"Obviously they are going to be good players, in terms of ability, coming from a club like Juventus.
"The biggest question is whether they settle in.
"We will probably have them over for a month or two to begin with, to see how they get on.
"We have to see if they like it here and if they are suitable for us.
"I don't doubt they will have ability, but it is only fair on both parties to see how they settle." Added Dearden.
