Bidding War Not Over Yet…

Administrator Paul Finnity has received a third bid today, just when you thought it was too late for anymore bidders to join the battle to save the Magpies.

Three bids now on the table.
It is unknown exactly who the new bidders are but it is Vantis Sports Solutions who are acting on for the unknown consortium which includes a Notts director, believed to be Doug Ward..

With only 11 days left until the creditors meeting the new party have very little time in which to get their financial package put together. At the meeting Paul Finnity will present to the creditors his ‘preferred bid’ which they will then vote on. There will not be an opportunity to vote on the other bids.

If however the 75% majority, which is required to pass the take-over, isn’t reached it will be the end of the road for Notts County as a football club. Something that no one wants to happen.

There will also be a "Match Talk Special" on Radio Nottingham next week, which will focus specifically on Notts’ plight, however the time and date it will aired is not known, but when they are known NCM will bring you up to date as Notts approach the biggest week in their history.
