Quinn to stay
Gary Brazil is keen to secure the forward permanently, after seeing him score three goals in seven games.

Gary Megson agreed to let Quinn extend his loan deal by an extra month - provided the Second Division side agree to sign the player for £100,000.

Quinn has fallen further down the pecking order at West Brom following the arrival of Danny Dichio from Sunderland.

West Brom chief executive John Wile said: "Notts County have said they would like to sign James and we have said they can.

"We have agreed to let him go on loan for another month providing they agree terms with James and sign him by the 14th, otherwise he will be coming back."

It seems that the Press Conference was not about the sacking of Gary Brazil, which most fans thought it would be.
