Paul Heffernan- Out of tomorrow's clash
Notts will definetly have to contend without this season's top scorer, Paul Heffernan, who picked up a groin strain during last Sunday's defeat at Luton Town.

Heffernan's injury is a huge loss to The Magpies, as he has been by far our best player in recent weeks, finding his shooting boots with a brilliant hat-trick against QPR on Boxing Day. It's also a loss to the player, who would have relished the chance to come up against England international defenders Gareth Southgate & Ugo Ehiough.

Notts also have a doubt over Heffernan's usual strike partner, Clive Platt, who has been suffering from back pains throughout the christmas period. Steve Jenkins will also be unavailable after he left the club earlier today.

On the brighter side of things, Notts have Nicky Fenton back from a one match ban, while Darren Caskey and Mark Stallard are back in contention after both being on the bench for the past two matches. Oh, and Paul Bolland's out, so there's still some hope for us yet.

Notts (Probable): Mildenhall, Fenton, Barras, Richardson, Nicholson, Baldry, Caskey, Baraclough, Riley, Stallard, Platt/Hackworth.

Subs (From): Deeney, Bostock, Brough, McFaul, Platt/Hackworth, Francis, Nurse.
