"Our marking on both goals was poor and we've conceded two goals from headers. I didn't realise it was six hours since we last scored a goal, you tend not to worry too much if goals aren't going in because you can usually rely on your defence to keep tight. While we don't do that the need to score is vital.
"You could tell when the first goal went in that we're facing a battle because you could see the players visibly deteriorate from their body language. Teams in a relegation fight suffer that when they think they're going to lose again. Half the battle is fighting against that lack of confidence.
"Confidence is down and that's something we need to look at, but we have to improve quickly."
