Another Worry!!

Notts are without as many as 6 players for Saturday's vital game with Huddersfield Town at Meadow Lane, and Billy Dearden felt he had a good case to recall Brough so he can play for Notts on Saturday against The Terriers.

However, the Welsh U21's are short of players themselves and will not release Brough, and the young midfielder now looks set for 2 games in 2 days.

Notts are hopeful Brough will be on the bench for the Welsh, and only makes a brief appearance on Friday night.

"I can't bring Brough back because they are short of players," A frustrated Billy Dearden told the Evening Post.

"I knew once I let him go, he would be stuck there.

"They want to play him for half a match and we'll have to take it from there. I'm disappointed we can't bring him back today but he's got to stay down there and be involved.

"We have to prepare for Saturday without him.

"Then we just have to keep our fingers crossed that he comes back from Wales injury-free."
