Moniz is keen to have discussions about keeping the defender who has impressed at Notts County.
"Alan has done very well since coming here and he is a very good footballer," he said.
"Of course I know that his loan finishes soon.
"But there will be an internal discussion as to what happens next.
"A lot will depend on finance, as it always does at every football club."
