It seems to be a trend nowadays that businesses simply fall into administration. But Notts County's new Stadium and shirt sponsors, Aaron Scargill today try and find a way from going out of business.

Over the last twelve twelve months the Estate Agents accounts have slumped into the red and the new deal with the Magpies has not helped their cause. Aaron Scargill set up a sponsorship deal with Notts County to advertise their company on both Shirt and also the actual stadium, but it seems to have backfired on them as now Aaron Scargill look to find a way of keeping their head above financial waters.

The £110,000 one year deal is the biggest deal Notts have ever had and it is purely coincidence that the company that pledged its support to their local sporting club has found themself in financial difficulty has itself collapsed.

The company, a letting and rental agency for property has had accountants in for the last ten days and they feel that with the current property market already saturated they have no way to regain their losses. It has been announced though that the contract only signed a month ago will have to be honoured and the first payment of £47,000 has already been given to Notts.

So what will happen now? Afterall there was no Sponsor on the new shirt last night. What about the re naming of the ground? Well the ground was initially only re named for one year anyway, so that doesn't really matter. If Aaron Scargill do go bust which now looks very likely then Notts could lose out on the rest of the money.
