Team news...vs Wycombe Wanderers

Notts player/manager Ian Richardson is again down to the bare bones for the trip to Adams Park.

Ullathorne: Injury doubt
Richardson is definetly without his influential skipper Mike Whitlow, who has failed to recover from a knee injury picked up during last Saturday's 1-1 draw at home to Rushden & Diamonds.

The Magpies boss also has major doubts over Rob Ullathorne (groin) and Mark Stallard (knee). If Ullathorne is ruled out, it leaves Richo with a major defensive crisis.

Richardson himself is ruled out with his long-term knee problem - he is expected to be back in around three weeks - while Mike Edwards (cruciate)and Steve Scoffham (broken leg) are still some way off their respective returns, despite positive news for both this week.

Added to the names of long-term absentees has gone Gavin Gordon, whose horrific broken jaw leaves the big striker almost certainly out for the season.

Despite missing a host of chances last weekend, Richardson is expected to keep faith with Glynn Hurst in attack, while teenager Shane McFaul is expected to deputise at right back. Paul Bolland has shaken off a slight ankle knock and will start.

Notts (probable): Deeney; McFaul, Wilson, Baudet, Ullathorne; Pipe, Gill, Oakes, Bolland; Hurst, Stallard.

Subs (from): Elliot, Friars, Scully, Palmer, Williams, Harrad.
