- "I'm hoping for a bit of a party at Saltergate on what will be my first visit. Luckily, it's not that far away, and it is nice to be going there knowing no matter what score it is, we are safe. The pressure is off both sides, and with a bit of local pride at stake it may be a fascinating one. Hopefully both teams will just have a right go at it, and I think they will. I fancy a few goals, even for Notts."

2-2

Player of the season: "I am so tempted to say Michael Johnson for the way he saved Notts, and he really did. More like Magic Johnson for me. But is has to be Richard Butcher. His goals over the course of the season, at least one each month, have saved us on the whole, and he popped up with the most crucial of all on Saturday. Cheers Butch."

- "With neither team going into the weekend's game with anything but 'local pride' to play for, I see this being a rather dull affair with one goal settling the encounter. My prediction is that the unquestionable class of Jack Lester will prove the difference on the day. "

1-0 Spireites

Player of the season: "Well it certainly isn't Jason Lee. It has to be the already double victor of supporters' and players' player of the year Kevin Pilkington. He has had an outstanding season and has made several match winning saves, none more spectacular than 'that save' against Chester City at Meadow Lane. It was a save I personally class as the best save I have ever seen, ever better than the Banks save from Pele. Although Pilks had the misfotune to get injured in a freak training accident, no other player comes close in my view."

Pies4u
- "This is a really difficult game to predict because nothing is at stake with survival assured and Chesterfield with only pride to play for. It would be nice to end with a flourish but, somehow, I think this has got a draw written all over it."

1-1

Player of the season: "Until two months ago there were only two candidates, Kevin Pilkington and Richard Butcher. However, the resurgence of Mike Edwards and the arrival of Michael Johnson and Russell Hoult has made it a more debatable affair. The former two deserve the most credit and I would opt for Kevin Pilkington for some memorable saves and dependable performances, particularly when we were playing very poorly. As much as I think Butcher's goals have been invaluable, he has just not done enough or shown any enterprise, creativity or awareness in his basic role. Johnson has been heroic of late and without him we would have suffered, badly, in the run-in, but I stick with Pilks."

Sussexpie
- "I haven't managed to get a prediction right yet... so here's hoping. That said I really don't know what to expect from Notts. Will it be a no pressure master-class or a waste of time? I'm thinking more the latter sadly. But then the same is probably true of Chesterfield so I expect a draw. Let's hope the sun shines too!"

1-1

Player of the season: "Looking past the obvious candidates I'd go for Adam Tann. He has played over 40 games for County this season and stepped up to the plate early in the campaign as captain. He is reliable and versatile."

Drapes_snr
- "This game is going to have a typical end of season feel to it becuase there is nothing to play for, for either side. We still can't score more than one goal in a game, and we will concede providing Jack Lester plays because he is some player. But I'm looking forward to it, and getting this season out of the way. It just seems as if we are saying 'next season' every year."

1-1

Player of the season: "Kevin Pilkington gets my vote. He was in fine form until his injury and has been far more consistent than any of the outfield players, of which none of them stood out like Pilks did."

M4gp1es_n01_f4n
- "With both teams, like every other in League Two, with nothing to play for, this is a tough one to predict. It may be a time for major players to be given an early summer and fringe players to prove their worth with one last chance. So, with Notts' draw record and with my 'never say win away' record this season, a point apiece seems the most like outcome."

2-2

Player of the season: "Pilko for his form before his injury maybe, Edwards and Johnson for consistency or Butcher for his goals. To pick one though, is a very tough call but Richard Butcher has to have it. A wise man once said: 'if ya dinnie score, ya dinnie win'."

Drapes_jnr
- "Nobody will care for this end of season game in terms of the respective teams. But having beat them earlier in the season, there is no reason why we can't do so again. Besides, Mike Edwards is due a goal popping up from the back. I think the feel good factor now the pressure is off might help Notts. The place seems a lot happier now so I fancy us to nick it."

1-0 Magpies

Player of the season: "It has to be Richard Butcher doesn't it? Without his goals, quite simply we'd have been relegated. Also, I think he has played in just about every game this season and while Pilks has had a good season, Butcher has produced in more games."

Trickypies
- "Even though we're safe I can't see Charlie settling for any result at the end of the day. I still think he will be all out for the win and with the way Myles Weston played against Wycombe, I think he will bag one here with Jamie Ward for the Spireites."

1-1
Player of the season: "Richard Butcher simply because if it hadn't have been for him, we'd be down, just as simple as that."

Upthenotts
- "There's nothing to play for now, but I doubt that means Chesterfield will go easy on us. They'll feel hard done by after missing out on the play-offs, so I think a face-saving performance from them is in order."

2-0 Spireites

Player of the season: "Richard Butcher. His ability to pop up in the right place at the right time makes him an obvious shout, although make no mistake, he's the best of a very, very bad bunch. With a little more consistency, Myles Weston could have ran away with that title though. The cameo roles of Johnson and Edwards mean they are unlucky to miss out too."

Zidano
- "With both teams having nothing to play for, I can't see there being much in this game. For much of the season, we have been playing under a lot of pressure, but now that will be lifted. I still don't think we have the quality to win but I think we'll see a decent performance from the lads."

0-0

Player of the season: "It has to be Richard Butcher for me. His performances haven't been the greatest, but where would we be without his goals?"
