Russell Hoult. Magnificent. The experienced stopper used all of his know how to keep his second clean sheet in Notts colours, and an unexpected one at that against the divisions leading scorers. Hoult was an enormous presence and claimed almost everything with ease, apart from one sloppy moment.
Tann... Superb display
Produced a fine stop to deny Charlie Lee late on. 8

Adam Tann.
STAR MAN Superb, probably his best display of the season and it had to be against one of the lower leagues hottest properties in George Boyd. Tann stuck to his task all day and put in a number of meaty challenges, while remaining calm and collected in possession. As usual he put his body on the line on every occassion. 9

Mike Edwards.
Has been criticised for being a tad sloppy by NCM lately, but not so here where last season's player of the year was back to his very best. Dealt with the twin threat of McLean and MacKail-Smith comfortably, and won his headers and tackles well. 8

Michael Johnson.
Notts' rock who has been a leading light ever since he came back in. 'Johnno' won everything and nearly scored with perhaps Notts' best chance of the game when well placed inside the six yard box. His experience is going to be vital in the run-in and he was immaculate here. 9

Paul Mayo.
After a shocking display against his former club in Tuesday's 1-0 loss to Lincoln City, Mayo put it behind him with a hard working display in
Smith... Committed showing
which he seemed keen to atone for the error that cost Notts the game against the Imps. Some tough tackling and vital blocks, Mayo didn't put a foot wrong this time. 8

Richard Butcher.
Again moved out of position onto the right, as ever Butcher didn't let it affect him and he worked hard for the cause. Wasn't able to exert his influence too much going forward, and unfortunately wasn't given a sniff of the goal, but a steady effort. 6

Gary Silk.
Put himself about well and made a couple of good tackles. Didn't let Posh boss the midfield and can be pleased with his efforts without involving himself too much. 6

Jay Smith.
Gives away far too many needless fouls, but it shows he is well up for the battle with his determination to get stuck in. Slipped at a vital moment when Notts were attacking with a chance to open Posh up, but he worked hard in both halfs. Enjoyed having more of a licence to bomb on with Silk holding. 6

Wayne Corden.
Debutant put in a good shift and was the most likely Notts man to create a chance or score a goal. A couple of hopeful efforts on goal threatened but it was his set-pieces that posed problems. Could be a useful weopan in the vital run-in. 7

Ryan Jarvis.
Tireless up the top but saw little of the ball and wasn't presented with enough chances to make things happen in the home sides
Lee... Anonymous
penalty box. 6

Jason Lee.
Back in the side but the big man failed to have an impact. Fairly anonymous, he tried to put himself about but it is another game without a goal for last season's 16-goal top scorer. 5
