How do you assess your sides recent form?

Our recent form has been very good apart from defeat at Barnet earlier this
McGleish...In the goals
week. Eleven new signings over the summer means theres been a lot of change at Wycombe and Lambert has almost had to start again in terms of building a new side. But, the players are starting to bed in and show cohesion. As well as this, players have really shown their battling qualities in recent weeks, and that is exactly what we lacked last season.

Who is your danger man?

Scott McGleish. He has scored three goals in the last four games and is our creative spark. He is capable of producing something special and is a real threat.

Who else should we look out for?

Leon Johnson. Centre-back. He is palying very well this season. He has got great pace and will never get beaten when players run at him. He has been excellent.

Who do you see as Notts' danger man?

Not so much a danger man but Gary Silk, because he is a former Wycombe player. He played on loan for us, at left-back. I really liked him. He wasn't

spectacular but always got the job done. I am looking forward to him being back at Adams Park.

How do you rate Notts boss Steve Thompson?

I am not too sure what he resurces he has available at Notts but I can imagine he is under a lot of pressure to bring promotion. County fans will think they should be at least one league higher than they are at the moment, so Thompson will certainly be under scrutiny. I'm not convinced that he is the man to take you up.

Where do you think you will finish this season?

Hopefully in the play-off's. I'll say 6th. But, it's still very tight at the top. It's open.

Sutton...To keep his place
Where do you think Notts will finish this season?

Same again. Mid-table like last season.

What is your starting line-up likely to be?

I don't think it will change from the side that played Barnet in mid-week, injury permitting.

(4-4-2): Fielding; McCracken, Stockley, Johnson, Holt; Oakes, Bullock, Torres, Martin; McGliesh, Sutton

What sort of encounter are you expecting?

I reckon it will be a tight game. We haven't been scoring many goals and have been fairly solid at the back up until late on at Barnet.

Prediction?

1-0 Wycombe!
