How have Histon been getting on in the Blue Square Premier this season?
They've been going well and made most teams in the league sit up and take notice of them having come up from the Blue Square South the year before. They have got an ambitious chairman and board and I think the manager,

What sort of football do they play and is there talk of the playoffs?
There is no talk of the playoffs at the moment but they are doing well. Other teams in the division do play better football than Histon that is perhaps more easy on the eye and Histon are more direct. They are very good at set-pieces and have Adrian Cambridge who is good at long throw-ins from which they are always a threat.
Former Cambridge United manager John Beck is the coach and he said in the summer that Histon would be in the Football League in two seasons, do you share that view?
Well they have had five promotions in eight seasons so they are a club on the up and it wouldn't surprise me.

To be honest probably their two best players won't be playing. Striker Cliff Akurang is suspended and defender Mitchel King, who has supposedly had scouts from the Football League looking at him, got injured and hasn't been able to get his way back into the team since. So probably Patrick Ada who used to play for Exeter City is the best defender.
Who else should Notts look out for?
Left winger Nathaniel Knight-Percival is tall, leggy and hard to get off the ball. He has just been called up to the England non-league side and will be playing Finland next week.
What is your knowledge of Notts County this season?
Well I know their new manager has overseen an upturn in form. If the new manager had only just come then it might be a better time to play them. But

Who do you think will be Notts' danger man?
I don't know a great deal about the Notts players except for probably Jason Lee who played for Nottingham Forest in the Premiership but obviously he is injured at the moment. So I don't know of a star man so to speak but they do have a lot of former Cambridge United (Histon's local rivals) players in their ranks in Neil MacKenzie, Adam Tann and Matt Somner.
What is Histon's likely starting line-up?
