M: Creating chances
C: Goalscoring
Mike: Squad depth. Easy to blame injuries but a bigger side is needed, as injuries/suspensions are inevitable throughout a season. Defence is fine but reserve forwards are weak…

DO YOU HAVE ANY INJURIES TO KEY PLAYERS THAT COULD MEAN THEY MISS THE GAME? 
M: Clyde Wijnhard (best striker in the division), Josh Low, Clint Hill (best player in the division). Suspensions to a few others like Julian Baudet.
Mike: Our only good striker, Wijnhard ahs been out for a while but may play. Josh Low is out too. Clint Hill could have been player of the season but for his long-term injury.
WHAT DID YOU THINK OF THE GAME(s) EARLIER THIS SEASON BETWEEN THE SIDES?
P: Best performance of the season by us.
M: Best pure footballing performance for a good while.
Mike: One of the best games by us this season. Good football as well.
D: Brilliant game, probably our best performance of the season plus it was a great atmosphere amongst the away fans
SO FAR HAS YOUR TEAM LIVED UP TO WHAT YOU EXPECTED BEFORE THE SEASON STARTED? 
P: Exceeded it.
M: Lived up to, though I’m not sure about the quality of this division - Cardiff, QPR and Bristol City have looked pretty ordinary.
C: Far, far exceeded what I had hoped
Mike: As expected, at least to be in the mix up. However I thought we’d be closer to ‘Wigwam’ and would have brought in more players as thought we were financially well off, how things change. The forwards and our disciplinary record need changing though.
D: I said we'd make the play-offs and it looks like we will although there's a real possibility of automatic promotion!
