So how many fans will you bring to the Lane this Saturday then?

I think we'll probably take about 5 or 600, although unfortunately some may stay in front of their tv's and watch the England game.

Where do you think you will finish this season?

Too early to predict. We're not playing fluently at present, but are still creating good number of chances in front of goal. We've not put them away as we would have liked and when we have, we've seen them ruled out (3 in last 2 games).

As things go, we need to improve at home. Or mid-table beckons.

Are you happy with your start to the season??

Not really. It was a half-decent start until a very poor home defeat last Saturday to Wycombe. Our away record is immaculate for 3 games though - 5pts from 9. No goals conceded. Hope it can continue at Notts County.

Who should Notts County fans look out for from your team?

One to(2) watch
Fitz Hall
As mentioned, the Latics have started well on the road. We've got the defence sorted when Fitz Hall plays and he will be back after a one match suspension. The Latics will create efforts. It's a case of minimising The Magpies chances and putting our own away.

How do you think Notts County will do this season?

Again, unsure. Too early to say with 40 games to go. I can't see Notts County struggling this season, like last season. Although Billy Dearden has obviously got a difficult job with the budget as tight as it is. I'd expect at least near the top 10.

Do you rate anyone in our squad?

Well the Latics had interest in Marcel Cas, but it sounds as though his demands meant we wouldn't be interested. Not sure if they're still at Meadow Lane, but Caskey and Hackworth are 2 players that I thought would lighten up last season for County. It never happened, but they are two players that offer something which others don't.

What do you reckon the score will be tommorow?

A creditable 1-1 draw for both sides. The Latics will hopefully return to being tight in defence with Hall back, but I can still see us letting a goal in. Latics fans will be hoping that Killen's recent disallowed goals haven't knocked his confidence. He could do with a goal to set him back on the goal trail.
