Notts County are chasing the signature of Ivorian striker Francois Zoko, who impressed so much with League One rivals Carlisle United last season. 28 year-old Zoko rejected a new deal at Brunton Park this summer and has since been linked with moves to Preston and Sheffield United, neither of which have materialised. The enigmatic striker became a firm favourite with his skill and power having joined from Belgian side KV Oostende in 2010.
