Notts County have today sealed their fifth summer signing in the form of Algerian midfielder Hamza Bencherif from Macclesfield Town. The 23 year-old has signed a two-year deal after rejecting a new contract at Moss Rose.
A trainee at Nottingham Forest, Bencherif impressed on loan at Lincoln City before joining Macclesfield on his release from the City Ground. In his two years at Macclesfield he has impressed with his goalscoring abilities from central midfield as well as his physical prowess.
