Mills makes his first loan signings at Meadow Lane.

As revealed on the clubs official site earlier today, Notts County have signed two youngsters from Coventry City, each on a month’s loan starting from tomorrow.

David Pipe and Avun Jephcott are the first two players that the former
Coventry coach Gary Mills has signed at Meadow Lane since taking over as boss at the club last week.

David Pipe is a 19 year old midfielder and will be squad number 7 in the squad, replacing the recently departed Clive Platt. He is a current Welsh U21 international and has also played 20 minutes of a senior Welsh game in May 2003.

Avun Jephcott is an 18 year old striker measuring in at 6’2. He will take shirt number 21 replacing Chris Rhodes in the squad listing.
Both Pipe and Jephcott have both made a single appearance for the first team this season when they came on as substitutes in the 2-0 victory over
Peterborough in the Carling Cup in August

Coventry
academy scholar Eddie Stanford, who is an 18 year old midfielder also makes the move to Meadow Lane on a work experience spell but will not be eligible for first team selection.
